Amy Nuttall (Sally Bowles)

Amy Nuttall began her training at the Arts Educational School in Tring and with the National Youth Music Theatre. In 1998, at the tender age of 16, Amy was chosen to understudy the lead role of 'Christine' in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh's UK tour of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

In late 2000, after nearly two years of touring, Amy joined the television show EMMERDALE playing 'Chloe Atkinson'. During her tenure on the show, Amy performed in a variety of concerts most notably at the Royal Albert Hall for a Celebrity Christmas Charity, the Royal Festival Hall for Children in Need and at the Season Opening of Old Trafford Manchester United Football Club. In May 2004, Amy participated in the television programme STARS IN THEIR EYES: CELEBRITY SPECIAL, where she won for her impersonation of 'Sarah Brightman'.

After leaving EMMERDALE in February 2005, Amy recorded her debut solo album for EMI Classics entitled BEST DAYS, which was nominated for Album of the Year at the Classical Brits in 2006.

Amy returned to the theatre in autumn 2005 and received rave reviews playing 'Eliza Doolittle' in Cameron Mackintosh's UK tour of MY FAIR LADY opposite Christopher Cazenove and Honor Blackman.

Amy made her West End debut at the end of 2006 in GUYS AND DOLLS playing 'Sister Sarah Brown' opposite Patrick Swayze and Don Johnson.

Amy recently starred in the hugely successful play revival BOEING, BOEING directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus.
