Michael Beckley (Ernst Ludwig)


Michael is well known in the UK for his role as 'Rhys Sutherland' in Home And Away, which he played for 4 years (Channel 7 Australia). He has appeared in a number of guest and regular roles on television in Australia. These credits include the roles of 'Mitchell Freeman' and 'Jeffrey Mitchell' in Backburner (ABC TV); 'Hasko' in the science fiction series F.A.R.S.C.A.P.E; 'Roger Mulray' in Water Rats (Channel 9); 'Harry' in Police Rescue (Southern Star Xanadu ABC TV); 'Sgt. Phillips' in Phoenix (ABC TV Drama); 'Dr Williams' in A Country Practice (Channel 7) and an early appearance in Home & Away as an unnamed Vet (Channel 7). Michael was also The Narrator in the ABC TV documentary Bohemian Rhapsody.

His most recent theatre credit is Merrily We Roll Along in the role of 'Joe' at the Derby Playhouse.
